OK, I figured out how to play them:

music = sound_add(working_directory+"/music/m00.sgt",1,true)
if !sound_isplaying(music){
    sound_stop_all()
    sound_loop(music)
}

The only problem is, How in the world do you play it along with the midi its supposed to modify?  You know, you have a regular midi named Music, for instance, and the Music.sgt modifies it to sound thye way you want it to.  Ho do I make it modify it?
