I'm missing Codecs for my hosting?

I'm missing 3 Codecs. Can I download them/install it on my website or do I have to get a better hosting?

I doubt the host will allow you to change that. The most a small hosting package will usually let you do is change the php.ini file, if you're lucky. If you need those libraries, I think you'll need to find a different host.
