Pokemon Gold & Silver are Being Remade!

Adding it all together, a teaser by Japan's Pokémon Sunday TV program points to an announcement next weekend that Pokémon Gold and Silver will be remade.

The tease, offered this weekend, said simply that Pokémon Sunday would have a "world-exclusive first announcement," on May 10 during the program's Pokémon Game Arena segment.

Oh, but there's what you say, and then there's how you say it. Or, more importantly, where you say it. In this case, it was said underneath two gold and silver confetti-filled balls. (depicted). Hmmmmmm. HMMMMMMMM. What could that mean?

From Bulbanews: "It is also theorized that Junichi Masuda will appear on the show to make the announcement, since he did so both last month and the month prior in regard to other game-related scoops."

As awesome as this sounds, in a way, I don't want it. If it's made classic, then yes, but if they insert all the stupid gameplay mechanics from the recent generations then no thank you.

lol

I am so out of shape from sitting at a pc most my life the past two years since graduating from highschool.  Made some friends at work this past year so they finally decided to see what this lazy man could do with some basketball.

Smoking hasn't helped much either.

Basically, I'm good for ten minutes, then I slow down.  I just pulled two hours straight playing 7 15-point games.  We did 2 vs 2 for the first four, then 3 vs 3 for the last 3.
The team I was on only lost the first game.

It's funny cus I'm kinda known at work as the videogame nerd(not in a bad way though) so they thought I would just be another body.  I pulled some really UGLY shots that went in.
I would putt around really slow, then just toss up the ball and swish it in.
The look on people's faces is priceless and everytime you hear "Oh-my-god" or "!@#$%..." is awesome.

Needless to say though I already feel the pain and will feel it really bad in the morning.
Tryin to get my one buddy from work to let me run with him since he is on the track team at a college around where I live to try to get back into shape.

Heaven in a School?!

Today at school, we had a field trip to RIT's game developement department. It had to be one of the most amazing things I have seen in my life. Everywhere kids were sitting in front of AlienWares and programming, modelling, ect. Not to mention the lounge which contains the following:
-Two couches
-Two beanbag chairs
-Three AlienWare hardrives
-LCD HD-TV
-Blade Server
-XBOX 360
-Donkey Kong Arcade Machine! :o
-Street Fighter II Arcade Machine! :o

This is probably the college that I will go to after I graduate. Anyone else been here?

EPISODE 2!!!

Big Question

Last week's question: With swine flu a problem in the real world, would Ganon or Moblin flu ever be a problem in the land of Hyrule?
Summary of answers: No real bias... People were more concerned with the "Moblin Flu"

This week's question: If you could redesign Link's looks, what would you do and why?

I've always wanted to see a more warrior/knight esce Link.

For 2-d games, though, I'd like to see a Link that has the quality of characters seen in the Mana games.  More animeish (funny since OoT seemed slightly animeish).

Probably something that borrows different elements from various sources. I've always been a fan of the Wanderer from SotC, and the Prince from the latest Prince of Persia is really cool, too, so I'd like to see a little bit of both injected into Link's appearance.

Perhaps the hat can be turned into the extension of a hood-scarf thing, as well? That's always seemed like a cool idea to me. Oh, and some extra armor would be awesome. TP took it in the right direction with chainmail beneath the tunic, but I want some more.

(!@#$%)

Hear the haunting words (They'll find you alone)
lost children with no heart are crying (Turning their hearts into stone)
and you're the lost mother they're calling
Go now, run and hide (seek more than vengeance)
I hear them crying at night (your pain is their satisfaction)
outside when the planets are falling (for the rest of time)
They want to feel and know you hear them (Go now, run and hide)

I've always liked the style from Megaman X/Zero. Maybe an angled top/down view in that style. And link having a tail in the hair like Zero.
