Title: World Artist?

The filename on his site (Binaryphoenix) is

EDIT:

It may be bandwidth issues for Fini on BinaryPhoenix. It's downloading a lot further than normal.

EDIT 2:

88% then out of bandwidth. Definitely need a mirror for this <_<;;

The issue was that apparently he has it set to time out after 2 seconds if there's no activity, which makes it very unstable D: After about 9001 tries, I got it :D

Infini has the idle set to a really... really small amount :P if it idles that much, you don't get to dl it

In answer to you Nick, it's just an old map editor I wrote ages ago.
