I've gotta say, if there is one, it's not the whole game. Have you ever seen any Ocarina of Time remakes? There aren't any ones that are finished, and that's a much more popular game, and has more creativity involved than copying an already made game and replacing some graphics for others.
You could start one, though? Haha, but really, I think anybody creative enough to be into game making needs to be creating more than just updating graphics.
And honestly, the graphics in ALTTP are pretty nice, I think they're on par with MC graphics. A completely different style, and one I don't personally like as much, but I've gotta say that they're just as quality.
