Floating the boat, so here I'd like to use for my game, but I find it lacks something.
So I ask you your impressions.

The problem is that the perspective seems to change. You have an excellent looking boat, but the top part looks like it is slightly off, I think the pattern in it is at the wrong angle. As for what it lacks, I think animation would make up for it, try animating it and seeing how it looks then.

So far so good, but please don't use the MC quill pen as wings. They don't fit that well. The side view looks nice, but you should use simpler and a bit clearer shapes and colours. As an original piece, it's pretty sweet, but it doesn't fit the style.

I have to agree, from the side you have a pretty awesome looking sprite, but it doesn't fit the style you made it for.

What do you recommend to make the sprite more MC style.

I would use a lighter wood. I might also make the edges of the sides of the boat more obvious. It's not that you can't tell where they are, but I think they should be more defined.

That's more in style, but I like the original better. Pretty it just needs an inside.

It seems a bit like Shadowgazer boat.

My honest opinion is that I really like the fence but the house does not look too great. My advice for the roof is to try to smooth out the front side edges by using a slightly darker blue color. Also, the fence post-like things look slapped on there and it's like they aren't even really part of the house. Maybe convert the stone walls to a more cabin-like look? Also, it seems weird that the two posts on the sides go in front of the roofing. This is because, when taking into consideration the perspective of the wall, how the post is against the wall, and the overhang of the roof, it just seems incorrect. It could just be the door that really throws me off because of how much the posts cover the windows as well, and it could just be weird looking to me.

So the house needs a little work in my opinion, but I really like the fence! XD

That fence is rockin', but as far as the house goes, Frozen has some good points. I think if you take away the strange perspective of the back of the roof, and put the tops of the posts UNDERNEATH the things they're supporting, you'll be going leaps and bounds in the right direction. I think the stone looks fine, though.

I'm only going to talk about the fence since enough has been said about the house already that I agree with, but I think the fence needs another darker colour near the bottom of the boards/inner part of the fence. Just to give it a feeling of depth to go along with the perspective, which looks fine.

Not all inclusive, my high school English fails me.
If you could explain better now with simple word, because when English is not your primary language.
Otherwise from what I understand I try to change her, more shade on the fence and the advancement of the roof.

The fence is great, it makes me think of the entrance to the graveyard-fence in Ocarina of Time. Sweet.

It's not really a fence, but rather a wooden wall to protect the village.
