Brackets


As you can see, there are four divisions in which the characters competed. The winners of the division were also pitted out against each other to see who would be the ultimate champion of them all,.

You'll also notice there are six characters that didn't have to compete in the Pre-Round. These characters achieved the highest topic views in the submission period. They were randomly placed in the grid, as were the 20 that did have to fight their way through the Pre-Round.

Some characters had to stand alone because there were 26 contestants.. In order to slim that down to 26 I had to let 10 compete, and 6 would remain untouched. I picked the ones with the highest topic view. This was of course not a perfect criterium, but in my opinion it's as good as you can get. 'Date of submission' or 'random' could be really nasty.

For the voting part of the characters, will there be full story and biography included with the picture? Or will it just be a picture to picture competiton?

I'm confused. Is the Pre-Round still in effect?

I thought we agreed on a Pre-Round... ?

Wouldn't it be much easier to have three divisions instead of four?  Something along the lines of this:


It seems like the easiest solution to me...  And maybe instead of having one match a day, have two matches a day.  That way it would take just shy of a week, which seems like a good thing since we'll have to do semifinals, finals, etc.

EDIT:  !@#$%, I forgot to put Bobo/Mr. Wrong.  Hmm, that screws things up.  Unless it was two divisions I don't think my idea would work...Hmmm.  Just do whatever you were going to do.

Picture to picture, and a few paragraphs of the biography. There'll be a "Read more..." link that leads to the character's page.

Yes, you can skip the Pre-Round and are automatically placed in the Thunder Division.

I admit that the MS Word table wasn't really clear. The new brackets should show that there is still a Pre-Round

Half of my character's face on the bracket seems to be invisible, so I made a picture for that bracket that shows the whole face.
