Just two friendly notes

First of all, I will be leaving for camp for a whole week starting tomorrow, leaving Hoffy solely in charge of the Character Competition. So, don't panic if you don't see me near for a while, since it was planned all along :P. Also, please don't send Hoffy pms or emails asking if you could replace me for the 8 days that I will be gone; Hoffy has made it very clear to me that he is perfectly capable of coping with the competition on his own while I'm not here.

However, leaving one man in charge might mean that there is an occasional delay in the posting of new polls. Hoffy is made of just flesh and bones and has a life and can't guarentee to be here at 5PM his time here every single day next week. Please don't hold it against him, will you ;)
And then there's another exciting thing which we have come up with. In order to give ourselves some time to draw prizes and make some additional art for the Finals of the Competition, Hoffy and I have agreed to delay the finals one day. This means that there'll be a 24 hour gap between the second semi-finals and the finals. This gap will not only be filled up with us working on some exciting things, but we will also stage an "intermezzo match"! We will invite two special characters - not part of the competition - to fight a friendly match for you guys. The outcome will not influence the competition in any possible way but may settle some disputes...or it might just tear open old wounds...Meh, could be either one but it will be fun to watch for you guys, we promise :P. The identities of the characters will remain classified information until then, anyway.

So, good luck to everybody participating in the competition while I'm not there and I will be seeing you all Sunday the 29th!
