change the crosshair too, it's way too big and intrusive. Get rid of the circle and it should be fine.

A little bit too stiff, they should never extend as far as they do on the walking. Also you said you tried to avoid sliding, which you did for the most part. But on the walking animation I noticed some you should take a second look at. Good job though.
