403 Forbidden on the site?

I keep getting a 403 forbidden error on the site, this error dissapears after about 2 minutes, but after i get it i just cant load teh site (same error). Anybody else getting it recently, and anyone an idea what it means?

No, havent seen it at all since weeks.

It usually means running out of bandwidth. But Im not sure.

It happens once in a while. If it does, just keep trying until it'll let you in.

Sometimes when my computer is not loading the page, I hold the F5 key down for longer than I would normally press it, and then let go.  It seems to make things work most of the time.  Otherwise, I reload the page as it may have loaded funny.

Just got that forbidden error when I logged in. I turned on Java after that, thinking it needed Java, but I was already logged in when I tried logging in.

Justin and I (believe) we have found the issue for this.  An Apache module that tries to recognize DOS attacks through HTTP.  It is known to effect some forums and other pieces of software such as galleries.  Sadly, however; it seems disabling this module in the Apache configuration breaks the otherwise working config.
