Finished my latest track today, another orchestral/ambient sort of piece. I used a tin whisle soundfont that I made in it too

Very nice... very relaxing... :3
I didn't like much the sound of an instrument you used in the first 20 seconds, it's too noisy. Also, the song ends quite abruptly... I'd recommend you prolonged the ending a bit more.
Apart from that, the song is just perfect. Possibly your best so far.

Thanks
.
I'm not completely sure what instrument you mean... is it the strings or the pipe?
As for prolonging the song, I always find it hard to do that
. IMO, better to finish when the going's good rather than continuing with second rate stuff.

I don't know exactly what that is, I think it's the strings: it sounds like a violin, and has an sharp, prolonged sound (of maybe a whole note or a half note)

Very nice.
I didn't have a problem with any of the instruments like sjeptp did.
Some of the times it reminded me of the music from the first Age of Empires game (that isn't a bad thing).
I thought the ending was a little anticlimactic, but still a very good song.
And the lead part by the whistle is very good.

Very nice, I like the quietness of it all. The instruments fit very well together, save for the violin (?) at the beginning -- sounds like the player has a heavy tremolo finger. Also, yeah, the end is a bit disappointing.

Endings have never been my strong point, I nearly always end too abruptly haha. I suppose the violin does stick out a little compared to the other strings, might have to change that.

Very nice. Like the others said, the violin in the beginning sticks out a bit. Other than that, it's very peaceful.
