My second video card wont work

I am trying to get dual monitors working. I installed a second video card i had sitting arount. The video card is a S3 Virge. It is old as hell. Windows says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" Its drivers are installed. they are upadtad, I have changed what PCI slot its in twice. This makes me go GRRRRR. Help me fix it plz.

It may be that you need to update your BIOS on your motherboard. Go to the manufacturer of your MB's website and search for the newest BIOS.

If you have no clue what motherboard you have I suggest downloading Astra32. It will tell you everything about the hardware in your system.

Well, I do know that it's possible to have 2 screens if a single video card has 2 moniter outputs, like two analog or an analog and a digital.

Or you  can get a splitter so you don't need too outputs

It could be that the device is old as hell and that's why it doesn't work. Your motherboard just may not support something that old anymore or perhaps windows doesn't. Also have you tried the card in another PC running something older?
