Cant install WoW: Burning Crusade

I'm trying to install Burning Crusade but everytime I try to, I get the error...

I think it means you need to download an update to the base WoW program in order to use Burning Crusade. I don't play Wow, and I never will BTW, but that's what I assume. There should be some sort of option to check your current version of WoW too. Try that, and if that doesn't work, I don't know what else to tell you.
