It's a gif of this guy frantically/dramatically moving his arms and stuff, and there's subtitles that reveal he's teaching about proper swimming techniques. Anyone have it?

That's from Death Note right? I haven't watched the anime for it, only read most of the manga.

Probably. I'm fairly sure it's Light's death, but I could be wrong.
