Description of the game:

The game does not happen in a deserted republic: In fact, having a "deserted republic" is the only way of losing the game.

You're the president of a "semi-socialist" republic (all the companies are governmental, but there are social differences).
You have a rival (something like USA and Russia), and his country is also "semi-socialist". If people in your country sees that the other country is better, they'll move to the other country.
So you must be a better president, so that people can come back to your country. The problem is when too many people come to your country and it doesn't have enough hospitals, schools, universities, etc for so many imigrants. Then people say "This country is horrible" and go again to the other country :P. And the same will happen to your rival's country.

Screenshots: EDIT: Something is wrong with the images, I guess they were reduced by Photobucket...

The title screen: A map showing how many people the countries have.

Main screen, with all the variables, buttons, data, etc.

Changes:

Changed first turn's criminality from 40 to 15, because one of the rival's priorities is criminality, so a 40 ciminality would affect the artificial intelligence.

Changed first turn's bureaucracy from 0 to 100, because negative bureaucracy (which used to be common) didn't look very nice :P.

Added the theory of that a positive natality may cause deflation, and a negative one, inflation.

Looks sweet! I'll probably suck at it though, because I don't know anything about economics or that stuff. I'll try it though!

Also, I love that it's such a quick download! *has dial-up* <_<;

I made this game in Visual Basic, and this software remove from the exes all the unused functions etc, and even so, the exes are still very compressable (about 90%). Then the ziped files of them are very small.
