Short game endings?

I just played through Bioshock again over the last couple of days. After hours of playing the ending is so short (like 20 seconds?), its a really huge anti-climax. Its not the only game that does it either, they really bug me.

Just a heads up guys, I finished off some of the theme system today. Theres a modified version of the midnight theme available for use. Its not finished though, Zidane is tweaking some images and CSS for it atm.

I was thinking of setting up an email system for the site so that all users are automatically assigned an @zfgc.com email address. And whenever an email comes into your account it shows up like a PM in your inbox. Suggestions?

I'm just curious what you think of this idea. Basically a few mates and me from college are thinking of setting up a online pet site for a bit of fun. Basically the idea in simple terms is netpets but with live animals. You can adopt animals and buy food, toys, housing, mates etc and such for them using virtual money which can be gather either through paypal or games and contests on the site. You can view the animals via controllable webcams via a website and interact with them with a few different things we are thinking of hooking up to the webcams. We're thinking this would be a nice idea for people incapable of looking after real pets for one reason or another.

We've got loads of different ideas for the site, for contests, interactivity, etc, etc.

And just before you starts bitching about animal rights, don't worry we've already though of that, we're going to have a orphanage / jail system for the animal and user if any animal is negelected, so the animals won't get harmed at all.

Updates / Chat Snooper

I'll be integerating a new chat snooper into the site in the new day or so, this is just another heads up so you know whats up if the site goes down.

Unlike the previous snooper this one also keep information on the most recent messages in the chat room, and to keep mammy happy you can use the following commands with it.

.maskme    
This will mask your username in the snooper. Generally the only use for this is if you don't want people to know your stabbing them in the back on chat. Not my cup of tea, but mammy wanted it so there.

.unmaskme
Twin of the above function. Unmasks your name in the snooper.

Probably more soon.

Feedback / Uses for rupees?

When zfgcapi comes along I'm going to reset all rupee counts and leave it so you can only get rupees via that or via competitions and such. My question to you guys really is what do you think I should implement that you can use the rupees for?

My thoughts really is that you should get 'bonuses' or 'prizes' at staggered points. For example one could be 'remove all ads from forum', 'view spam forum for 30 days', .etc, .etc.

I think I've now worked out a nice way to keep it from dominating the forums like last time . You have to be productive now to gain access. Should be a fun experiment.

If you look at your profile on the left you will notice 3 new items, 'resources', 'games' and 'credits'. The resources and games fields show how many resources or games you have uploaded. The credits field is a combination of how many resources or games you have uploaded in the past 30 days.

To gain access to the spam forum your credits field must be above or equal to 5. That means posting 5 resources or games in 30 days, not to hard is it. Thats about 1 a week.

Also just for kicks, this applies to moderators too . Only admins can view the board without restrictions.
