Ridley, no doubt. He's big, scary, and a space dragon. How friggen' cool is that?

Also, though not actually an antagonist, I love Crazy Redd from Animal Crossing. He'll take the clothes off your back then chuckle to himself knowing the painting you just traded your life for was a fake.
