Maybe it's just because I'm a lowly "member" user and don't have special powers, but for some reason I'm unable to +/- reputation. This has been originally reported in a previous thread, and the contents of my post are as follows:

I see a + and - near reputation but they are in text so clicking them doesn't do anything.
