Zelda: The War of the Corrupt *UPDATE*

Made using RPG Maker XP
No story yet, trying to figure out a title first.
Any ideas?

Got the Link sprite working, looking for a proper Link render that doesn't look like crap when it's resized, for the battle pic

I dont like RPG Maker but your project is looking pretty darn good mate, keep it up. ;)

Update: Work is going reaaaaaaaaaally slow, trying to figure out coding and whatnot.
Had an intro working, but I'm getting an error message now, failing to load Map000.something :P
I'll figure it out soon enough...

I have a storyline now, and this is a summary:
Link from the past gets corrupted by Majora's Mask, which has been reconstructed.
The corrupted Link travels to the future to reak havoc on his descendants.
The legends of Hyrule have been long forgotten, and few even remember the hero of time.
You control the future Link, who, obviously, has to find the master sword and something else.
you have two friends who also carry the other two pieces of the Triforce within them.

Title is still getting figured out. Working the bugs out of the intro, then I'll get some more screens up and going.

UPDATE: Well, I've finalized the title...

Thanks, progress is going well. Learning the effects and events one by one.
Main characters

Link
Class: Hero of Time
Description: The new Hero of Time, before he knows it. His two best friends are Desiree and Kitty, and he has a bit of a crush on Desiree, but it goes as a secret.

Desiree
Class: Thief
Description: Link's best friend, although a bit of a rogue. Has a crush on Link, but it goes a secret.

Kitty
Class: Warrior
Description: Link and Desiree's best friend. Although a catgirl, she fits in perfectly with the other two.

Those are the main characters that you will start with.
The music is all from Wind Waker, and the tilesets and characters are from RMXP except for the Link sprite.

Well, this might've been a good game, apart from the fact it's RPG Maker and you're using RPG Maker's default characters... :(.
What happened to Zelda? Saria? Darunia? Or are there no OOT characters? Makar? Medli? Grandma? Or ar there no WW characters?

At the moment, this doesn't sound like Zelda at all... maybe you should remove the Zelda references and make this a Misc. WIP game.

A Zelda fan game doesn't have to be a sequel to Oot or WW you know, maybe he's just being original, like alttp only reapearing characters were Zelda and Link, or LA no reoccurring characters other than Link(the owl was originally in LA), and technically MM didn't have any reoccurring characters either but...
Not to mention he has only told us about three characters, the main characters, how do you know about the NPC's?
