did you know that sony only got into to consoles because nintendo terminated a deal with them, giving it to phillips who proceeded to make the 3 hands down worst zelda games EVER

My GOD is this old news. As in, DECADES old news. The SNES CD add-on and resulting Philips CD (with the non-canon Zelda games) and Playstation have been common knowledge for a long, long time.

Looks like after...cause the PSX controllers are when the PSX was in production, and the SNEPSX(is that what you would call that?) looks like a 2nd version of the SNES. Got the disc drive and all.

Yeah, the Nintendo PSX Proto is while the Nintendo disk Drive deal with Sony was in the works. The controller protos are after Nintendo pulled out and sony started going it alone

Because 7/10 ZFGCers are stating the obvious and say how old it is. It's like, you guys can't even remember how I even made a fricking topic about "OLD NEWS". If you can't contribute to this topic, you should really consider to NOT post here.

Other than that, it really is a shame that Nintendo decided to go with Philips rather than Sony. D'uh. But what happened has happened, oh well... Hm.

Yeah, old news <_<. You forgot the bit about Sony making an audio chip for Nintendo that only ran certain types of audio that could only be created with help of another thing by Sony which cost lots of cash, so Nintendo terminated the deal.
