...is definetly not this one:

Rotten Tomatoes has given Disaster Movie a whopping 0% so far. If one critic can applaud this garbage, I will be saddened immensely.

I don't think this comes as a surprise to anyone. I honestly expected this to be one of the worst movies ever made, and lo and behold! It is.
-
All these movies after Scary Movie 2 are just... just not funny and are so unoriginal.
Seriously when will they ever learn.
-
Agreed. It's just a trend now that died 5 years ago.
-
At least the title is appropriate.
BA DUM TISH

I miss the days of Airplane and the Naked Gun. You know, back when spoofs were actually funny.

<3 Oh my yes.

The problem is Hollywood ran out of original ideas a few years back. All we can get anywhere now is the occasional good thing, loads of crap, and reality TV *shudder*
-
I was expecting this to be the worst spoof of all time. In the end, isn;t it ironic that a film called "Disaster Movie" ended up a total disaster?

I have a drinking problem./me goes to take a drink and misses
Or... Smoking or Non-Smoking?
Smoking please. *ticket is smoking*
Airplane is one of my favorite movies ever. Kung-Pow is pretty funny too! But Hollywood need to stop making parodies, take a deep breath, and wait for an actual good, unique script to pop up that doesn't parody 10-15 movies at once.

I agree. I could seriously write a script better than this one that would spoof twister, the Poseidon adventure, the day after tomorrow, Apollo 13, etc...but instead what THEY did was shovel in tremendous amounts of crap. They were given a great idea on a silver platter, and they completely destroyed it.

airplane is my favourite comedy film ever. The only thing that comes close is Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgandy. The "... Movies" haven't been funny for years. Some have had a few cheap laughs in, but they're all terrible overall.

The Naked Gun and Airplane! are incredible examples of how a proper satire is done. I would say that my favourite comedy is Christmas Vacation, but that's a different story all together.
Oh, and to vent some more, here is the plot synopsis:
Kids are at a party, when a giant monster attacks. It turns out to be a mammoth that can only be stopped by inserting the crystal skull into iron man so he can destroy Hancock and get Amy Winehouse out of rehab.
...well, not really, but I wouldn't take a second look if that's what it turned out to be. MOVIES ARE NOT AD-LIBS! YOU CAN'T JUST FILL IN BLANKS TO GENERATE A STORY.

You know what the stupidest thing is? It's called Disaster movie, but looking at the poster, I see characters from Hellboy, Highschool Musical, Indiana Jones, Wanted, Enchanted, Juno, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Kung Fu Panda, Iron Man, Batman, The Incredible Hulk, Hancock, and a shitload of celebrities. You know what they all share in common? None of them are from !@#$% disaster movies.
I rest my case.

It's now also the #1 in IMDB's Bottom 100
http://www.imdb.com/chart/bottom?tt1213644
Scary Movie 1 was crap, it was all about sex in a really unfunny manner. I'd still say Scary Movie 4 is the best of the series. After that things have gone downhill real fast. Real, real fast.

All I can say about this film, is:
Oh Dear.

Disaster Movie Voted Worst Movie Of All Time (http://www.slashfilm.com/2008/08/31/disaster-movie-voted-worst-movie-of-all-time/)
Unsurprising.
