Unless Gmail isn't a member's main account, you should be able to just look at the email address in their profile. I'm guessing you don't want to look through profiles to see if they use Gmail and are asking for a button below their avatars, right? It honestly seems a bit redundant to me, but I suppose a strong argument could be made for its inclusion.
