This could help me alot. Since I almost don't have so much time to code when the spriting comes in front.
If you don't want to let the lack of sprites get in the way of your coding, just make some placeholders. Anyone can make placeholders fast and easily because they don't have to look good at all; you just need to plan for size, animation, etc. That way you can continue to code and come back later to the sprites.
I just wanted to recommend that because waiting for a spriter to help you out isn't the best idea imo. Maybe it's just me, but I don't like to rely on other people when I can find a way to do it myself, because I know I can rely on myself to complete the work instead of some random person over the internet that I know very little about.
I sincerely hope you find a spriter that can help you out. But if you don't (or even if you do), placeholders are the way to go when you've got a limited team (or just you).
