What are the negatives without registering GM6.1

In the aspect of a Zelda game,what can't I do without registering GM6.1?

1) No external resources for loading on-the-fly.
2) No special effects in your game.
3) An annoying nag image when loading your executable.
4) An almost n00b-like touch.
5) Harder to sell your game.

You can use Alpha-Transparency (and many other one-argument-things) in unregistered version, (at least in GM 5.x) if you use the drag-n-drop-variable-function and insert "image_alpha" in variable-name and the transparency in the value.

Buy it, some cracks break your installation permanently and on purpose dig a virus in your finished executables. Seriously. They infect your GM creations.

Dont crack. Buy it. Crack searches end up in spyware.

I do not suggest it, but you could also ask a friend.

Also, everybody, make sure you do not post any. It's illegal :/

aodc is right... it is your choice when you want to make illigal use of gm, but dont involve others with that, when you want to do such a thing, do it yourself, when not, then buy it

Fox is right about alpha transparency (for GM6 as well, and drag & drop is not needed), you can use the image_alpha variable, but you can't pass that to any functions in the Draw event. Use Draw, and you go opaque.

Just so you know, Duck Doom Deluxe and World's Smallest Tetris were both made in GM unregistered, and my Zelda game so far only uses one registered feature (external background images). Even the pseudo-3D Triforces are unreg. Many of Ultimortal's games (and he has at least 4 not listed there) were the same; totally unregistered except for one or two features such as DLLs for .mod playing.

Keygens are often infected. Some sites also require you to download a file with the keys inside, which is just plain stupid. Some sites also have pornography. Its just wrong.

With out a reg key, your game will be crappy. No special effects! No image_alpha (image_alpha is like the best thing ever)!

Oh and... DO NOT USE CRACKS! Not only is it risky (spyware) , but also you're stealing from a great man,  Mark Overmars.
It's 15$ freakin' dollars! Gah!
