Of course I also buy non-nintendo games! As a matter of fact, I even own a xbox with over 20 games. And Valve is like Nintendo... They're BOTH awesome!
And I understand you're referring to my topic, and yes I do like good graphics as can be seen on Xbox 360/PS3 and leet PC's. But I don't have a problem with games that don't even look nearly as good. Like Nintendo 64 games for example, they're fugly compared what we have nowadays. Yet I love playing Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie, Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask, Perfect Dark or any other awesome Nintendo 64 game. I even enjoy playing Atari 2600 games! And Nintendo creates nice look games too. Just take a look at Super Mario Galaxy!
