{REQUEST}:Storing values and scores to be recall...

I don't necessarily need an engine.  I can't quite grasp how to store independant values in TGF to recall later for use.

Example:I want to make a game that you can save inventory,location,inventory, and health.

How can I store 78% health and recall it?(That one's somewhat easy.I might be able to figure it out eventually)

But how can I recall a players position, if I make a menu that is on a new "room" so to speak then be able to call back the original room with the character in the same spot(along with anyother items,monsters,npcs,...etc.

I guess inis would be a good place to start.
