Post rendered 'spiffing up' such as laying in a realistic ambience or antialiasing.
And a decent pc can render something phenomenally detailed, it just might take it a day or two.
Most of it looks in game to me: The edging light onthe people is pretty awsome though (and even adds a style): I can imagine various methods of doing something like that.
But apatr from that...I mean, look at
this guys simple torso, (which is really using more tris than it needs to).
I look forward to a time when games once again us their own graphics (or at least drawn comic-like panels panning sidewards) for their movies...
