Title: GAME JAM WINNERS!!
Post by: MG-Zero on September 12, 2014, 12:03:31 am: We have chosen the winners of the game jam!! I'm usually all about yelling and using giant fonts in my announcement posts, BUT I HAVE TO GO EAT DINNER SO IMA JUST POST THESE QUICK!!

SECOND PLACE - GORON DIGGERS

PRIZE: A BITCHIN' LINK STATUE!!

Since there were only 3 entries EVERYONE WON!!! Will all participants please send one of the admins your mailing address so we can get your prizes to you :)

Just a few comments:
-Mammy, I think it's needless to say that your game stood out because of the originality of the graphics, the music, and the overall ABUNDANCE OF CONTENT WHAT THE HELL.

-Goron Diggers, the mechanics were awesome. I really do love games that involve inputting random buttons to proceed. It was intuitive and fairly solid. Kudos to you guys!

-March of the Gorons, while your game concept channelled Lemmings and was pretty awesome, I found the game was not intuitive at all and had trouble trying to figure out how it worked.

:D I hope we get some more participation in the future!

Post by: Koh on September 13, 2014, 05:19:49 pm: I tried Goron Diggers and found it quite interesting. It's like a DDR racing game. Sort of makes me think of those rhythm based games that have been coming out recently, like Rhythm Hunter Harmo Knight. Congratulations to all the winners.
