It was kind of just a warm-up piece, so a few of the crits I'm not too worried about remedying (hair color etc) since I don't intend to do much with it I do agree the arms looked kinda jiggly, so I modified them a bit to make it look like his upper body is rotating, which also compensates for the bouncy belt. As for it moving so much, I was shooting for a more exaggerated cartoony look

Is that the wind sample from A Link to the Past I hear?! This reminds me of C&C 3 with its superweapons for every nation. How would you acquire this weapon? It looks interesting but honestly, needs moar lighting effects ya derp! Looking fantastical, however.I actually took it from Half life 1, lol!
