Looks like it'll be pretty fun.  Shame I don't have a Wii to play it on though.

It's true.  It's Mario Kart, so it's an automatic must-buy...it's just that it'd be nice to see the Wii's graphical abilities pushed a bit more a bit more often.  Gameplay is obviously the most important, but having an impressive looking game with great gameplay is always nice.  It doesn't look bad or anything, just not great.  Maybe it's because I expected it to be at least on par with Galaxy.

I don't see what all the complaints about the graphics are. I thought that was one of its high points! Anyway, this game looks like it will be brilliant.

I don't care about the graphics. It's Mario Kart, and I've loved every game since the original.

I think it's great how I can use the GameCube controller too :). Also, April release date, whee!

Hahaha I'm not the only one after all!

Mario Kart Wii looks awesome. I'm really looking forward to some of the new tracks shown. I mean, there was a SMW mushroom-hill thing in the background of the mountain track. That is epic.

I'm a little worried about the retro tracks, though. I heard there will only be 32 tracks total, which means we won't get four tracks from each past Mario Kart...

They said that there would be 32 tracks minimum, not total.

Mario Kart 64 was my favorite N64 game. I wonder if I'll be able to say that about Mawiio Kart.

I wasn't crazy about the double-character karts in MKDD. It didn't really serve much of a purpose outside of co-op play, which I didn't like. I can't stand not controlling everything, haha.

Anyway, I don't think they'll be bringing that back (although who knows, maybe they have a secret co-op mode in there). The bikes seem to be the main special thing here.

Ugh. MKDD sucked  worse than the original two solely because of the two per kart gimmick. >.<
