Tomb Raider Legend

And *this* time it will be coming out for the GameCube.  I'm pretty excited (although I'll most likely end up with the PC version :P).

Yeah... I'm downloading the demo.  I'm on hour 2 :P  (500 megs! O_O)

Is it supposed to be good?  I liked the old ones, but I've heard the last one was terrible.  I'm downloading the huge demo now ;D

Yes.  In fact, the fired Core and Crystal Dynamics is the new victim company who's giving it their best.  The demo isn't as good as the game will be, because quite simply, the demo's a tutorial level.

All the same, I'm excited to see how all of the engine elements will play out in a regular level!  And the tutorial level was fun... just not what I was expecting :)

Heh, demos pretty fun. Had a look at my bro's one to (he got it on the 360, early XD, dosent come out for a couple of days), ill definatly buy it when its out :). Hope its better than AOD though.

It will be.  Especially with the new control mechanics, and the fact that Crystal Dynamics is working on it.  Yeah, AoD was weak, but at the same time it wasn't bad, just outdated... and it wasn't about raiding tombs.  That got me upset.  But I like the first five ;)
