is it possible to host a domain , on your pc , 2nd can a router host a domain , under  ip settings it says domain name ?

i dont know much about hosting really so ?

It takes some know how to do. I recommend xampp, google it.

Also check with your ISP before you do anything, getting your account canceled at random without reason could do some sucking. Read their AUP/TOS policies.
