So what! I wanna get out! 'Cos there's so much out there! So many different people, living different lives! Incredibly good guys, bad guys... Folks completely different from us! It's one huge melting pot! See, it's not about success, dying in the streets, who's better, who's not! I just want to be a part of it! I realized that even if I've no connections, no talent, even if I'm one big loser, I want to use my hands and feet to think and move, to shape my own life! We can just die here or we can try, see what we've got!

Winner!

Although the other computer in my room + server(sterlin.mine.nu) is only 400MHz(PII) w/ 256MB RAM/40GB HDD..but with a Radeon 9000 64MB, and a 5.1 Channel Sound Card.. with only two speakers that aren't always connected; all in a severely beat up, incomplete case that slightly resembles the DELL XPS R400 it once was :-X.

..running Windows 98 :D

Yeah, well I have a SUPER old one in my room! It's so old it doesn't even have a network card or a PS/2 port, it's got the old funky version of PS/2.

Western Digital 2 GB Caviar Hard Drive
16 MB RAM
40x CD Drive (this was clearly added in)
A dual line modem
A whole bunch of serial ports
An ISA Sound Blaster sound card
One PCI Port
No AGP
Integrated Graphics (I think)

Win. Also my old laptop I actually still use for writing and older games:

Pentium III Mobile 500 Mhz
8 MB ATI Rage Pro Mobile
64 MB Ram
9 GB HD
Logged
well i dont have that system and it is very hard to care about everything when you are single

Bleh I have one that I used to use that is
400mhz celeron (can't run a game properlly that only requires a 166mhz pentium processor)
1.2 GB hdd(swap drive so it's awsome anyway)
42x cd rom
8MB onboard video card
formerly had 64MB (8 of which was being used for the onboard video card)
running windows 98 =P

another one I used until I got my current one had
Dual Pentium Pro 200mhz processors
ASUS baby-AT Mobo
something like 300MB of ram (I have a lot of 72 pin ram)
32MB Nvidia GFX card (generic AOPEN so it loses a lot not being able to have official NVIDIA drivers)
Some old ISA sound card I had lying around
Ran Windows 98

I used it to play rogue squadron until it died and I cut up the case playing with a gas welder and several air tools=P

My current one isn't very good either =P
2.6Ghz intel celeron(basically a 2.6Ghz pentium III I believe)
AOpen Mobo with 800mhz FSB
512MB of RAM
64MB onboard video card
Running Windows 2000
