Also released, awesome website for it, english strategy guide, and a new Mother 1+2 translation project announced.

I've been saying for countless months that the English Translation for Mother 3 would never come.

Boy was i wrong.

They're translating the GBA game combination Mother 1+2. Although in hind sight they may just need to translate the Mother 1 part of the rom, then just copy everything from Earthbound into the Mother 2 rom.

If they wanted to be really lazy, they could just copy the dialogue from Earthbound 0 into the M1+2 cart as well.  I think the point is to retranslate both.

Yeah, basically what he said. Older translations aren't always the greatest. Most of the time they suck, actually.

Actually, based on the footage, it's just copying the Earthbound and Earthbound Zero script into the Japanese rom, most likely so that people can play Earthbound and Earthbound Zero in english on flash carts with extra enhancements.

I've played this game for a few minutes. It seems pretty decent so far.

http://handbook.fangamer.com/ A guide is being made and can be ordered for $20. But they're also putting it online for free when it's ready.
