Is it possible to download PC Game, from the net. Kinda like a PC game ROM?

Illegal, but yes. And it's not a ROM in that sense, because it isn't emulated.

Meh, everything is illegal these days. So where might I find a place to get these games for download?

I'd consider an ISO a ROM of sorts.. (just my opinion).

It's completely possible!  I haven't bought a PC game in a LONG time, I just download them constantly ;)

You would usually download a disk image (ISO) file, then use a program like DAEMON tools (completely legal) to mount that image.

If you need a torrent site to find some pc games, send me a PM.
