The hair is right, in manga you have a lot of freedom with the size of hair. But I agree with the body. Pretty nice edit too.

one example:

Bad example, his drawing obviously represents a teenage/young girl so the sizes there are wrong. And especially for the fact that heads can be bigger that reality in manga. Instead of 8 heads length for an adult, it should be 6/7 heads length.

Use the advice of Desgardes on the body. Read more manga's and manga-drawing books and draw more so you'll get better
