Need someone to make a 5 minute Java "program".

I just need a quick Java program made for a cell phone that'll basically be nothing but a code input screen with a timer that causes a cell phone vibration when it's counted down to 0.

If you'd like to help, let me know. I'm making a mockup in Game Maker so you can see what I mean easier.

Ok, here's a .exe example of what I'd want.
It's pretty basic, so yeah. lol I need it for a bomb prop thing that I'm gonna attach to a cell phone.
