Custom Hud (Updated)

Just made it, was bored, and wanted to sprite something... don't wanna get rusty ;)



Everything is custom except for the heart, which is from The Minish Cap and the text, which is also from The Minish Cap.

Here are two mockups, one just by it self, the second in game. (Ignore the custom Link :P)


Update 1 - Fixed AA, outline, and turned Magic Bar.

Looks pretty nice I have to say. The only thing that kinda bugs me is that the action command "roll" looked crammed in there, even though it was only a mockup.

Looks good, even though it doesn't get along well with MC-tiles. Your style is rather harsh and full of more contrasts (not a bad thing) than MC is.

Everything looks pretty much alright, though I think that especially at the magic-bar you should take a darker gray for the anti-aliasing so it's softer and has a batter... gradient, I think.

id say, flip the magic meeter so its horistontel instead, and use strong gray instead of black outlines on the buttons and on the magic meeter and it'd be perfect. Other than that, its a good hud i like it ;D

Thanks for the comments guys, glad you liked it!

The reason for the Magic Bar was just because I wanted just wanted something from the past... A Link to the Past to be exact ;) (LAWL BAD JOKE)

Anyways Updated in first post. :P

I fixed the AA as Fox said, and I changed the outline. I also flipped the Magic Bar.

DIS LEWKS A HOLE LAWT BETTUR NAOW.

You might consider putting a pattern or something on the green bar, just so it looks less "boring", but you don't necessarily have to do that.

As for the 'x' at the rupees, you should either cut that out or make a white outline so it don't get lost.
