Well you dont have to buy the full virsion of halo pc to enjoy some halo fun.just use mods.
I decided to make my own mod with includes different lookin weapons,new forts,new viecles and more.
Its called the vcm v2 mod
assualt rifle:Complete - name = Holy Gun, model redone. fires turret blast in a particle beam. 2x zoom
shotgun:Complete - name = MineGun, model redone. fires 30 frags that stick to any surface. very low rof prevents spammage
sniper rifle: Complete - name =Carbine, model redone. Fires needles with no homing. 2x zoom, night vision intergrated.
pistol: Complete - name = Magna, model redone ( not much of a differ). fires plasma at high rof. 5 headshots = death, still has 2x zoom.
fuel rod cannon: Complete - name = PS 3000
aka Plasma Seeker 3000, model left alone. fires 4 fuel rods that home in and also do not arch if not targeting a player.
rocket launcher : Complete - name = Seeker Rocket, model redone. fires 4 rockets that home in , they spiral with one another giving it a cool look. still has 2x zoom, and more ammo added to it.
vehicles:
warthog / rwarthog : Complete - name= Lambo. Lambo hog model. flame contrail from tires. lowered ( 3 gravity ), and flip effect so its not hard to flip with the high gravity.
ghost: Complete - name = Jet X. Jet v2 model. has flying.
banshee: Complete - name = S.M.1.3 aka Super Man 13, same model no bitmap for it ( apears clear ). makes it look like u fly around like super man. shoots particle beam like ar ( holy gun) and 2ndary fire shoots a masive fuel rod that homes on targets.
map: Complete- bloodgulch of course, but the sun will be taken out and fog put on the map. Sky is black , no need for a bitmap file. bases spark edited in, bases will hold all and any of the "Holy items" ( Ar , Banshee, Health pack, Plasma nade)
health packs: Complete - name = Holy Pack. give ammo for any weapon aswell as heals you. Model also redone.
plasma grenade: Complete - name Holy Nade. can only be found on holy base. pretty much a nuke.
flame thrower: Complete - name = Gun of Life. looks like a skull and is located in the "tree of life". fires 25 master chiefs as decoys ( also fun to play around with ). cannot reload.
needler: Complete - name = Spikes. fires plasma. model redone.
