The Blitz3D model format is at propriatory format only used by blitz3D, you will be lucky if you find an exporter for it let alone an importer. Best advise is to convert it into a format such as 3DS do your modifications then export it back to b3D.

You'll need to convert it first. The greatest convert for to and from B3D is Biturn!
