Help on a Mod

Don't know if this is the right place, but if any of you hvae the Morrowind Construction Set and know how to make mods, I need help with one.

More or less, it's a quest mod. I've made all the NPCs and stuff, but I can't get it right. Here's a copy and paste from my notes when I came up with it.

Quest Name: Seal of Elendil
Quest Series/Faction: The Lord of the Rings Series
NPCs: Aragorn(wp_aragorn) Findilian(wp_findilian) Erasian(wp_sd_erasian)
Items: The Flames of Elendil(Quest Item), Elendil(Blue Powered Steel LongSword)
Reward(s): Elendil, 500 gold
Progression of Events:
Talk to Aragorn
Talk to Aragorn about ???King of Gondor???
Talk to Aragorn about ???Narsil???
Talk to Aragorn about ???do something for me???
Go to Suran
Find Findilian
Talk to Findilian about ???a sword called Elendil???
Tell Findilian that Aragorn sent you
Get The Flames of Elendil
Return to Aragorn
Give The Flames of Elendil to Aragorn
Go to Khuul
Kill Erasian
Take Elendil
Return to Aragorn
Get 500 gold and keep Elendil
Finish Quest

Eh, I was bored. (and the Aragorn NPC looks eerily similiar to the one in the movies) Anywho, it all works up until the part where you have to talk to Findilian about "a sword called Elendil". It won't let you talk to Findilian about "a sword called Elendil", and I can't figure out why. All I can think of is the order of the topic responses. If you want, I could send you the plugin so you could open it in the TESC. But, yeah, move this if it's not in the right place, and just help if you can.

I was working on a few Morrowind Mods long ago, and made a (buggy) Oblivion mod which people liked called "JPM's Miniature Necromancy", but I've since then quit Oblivion modding. Though I still know a thing or 3 :P if you sent me the mod I'd take a peek at it, see if I can figure out what's wrong :D

You need to make it so that the NPC (in this case, Findilian) has access to the "a sword called Elendil" topic. I haven't done any Morrowind or Oblivion modding in ages, and I'm at work so I cant check my Construction Set until I get home, but you're bound to find a tutorial somewhere on the internet.

You need to make it so that the NPC (in this case, Findilian) has access to the "a sword called Elendil" topic. I haven't done any Morrowind or Oblivion modding in ages, and I'm at work so I cant check my Construction Set until I get home, but you're bound to find a tutorial somewhere on the internet.

I made the topic, It just doesn't appear for him.

I set it so the topic is ONLY available to him. What I think is wrong is the order I put the responses in. But I don't know what order they SHOULD be in.
