Thanks for bellumbeck, he looks awesome. ;) XD
NOTE: I think you should make Linebeck's feet teeter before he transforms. Plus, as the tornado appears, he falls over. :o

Oh, OK. Why Karma? Why not Power/Godliness/Etc.?

Yay, even Gamemaker friendly ;)
The reason I put this here is that I based most of the tiles off of Zelda 2 (only exception is, uh, the sky) XD
And I think now I am beginning to be an 8-bit tileset PRO, when I thought I was a derp at it :D
Link is here. Oh, wait, why? Oh why?

Speaking of Megaman, I making a Megaman Game in GameMaker as well. The player plays as Protoman and seems to be versus Wily at first, but then it is realized that instead the evil mastermind is a cyborg called Dr. Bugaluggy, who used the robot masters to cover up his plan of zapping Earth from space. ;)

Graphics Requests/Archive / [REQUEST] Sideview Shipwreck Tileset
« on: August 31, 2014, 03:41:44 pm »
I would like a shipwreck tileset for my 8-bit platformer. It must be megaman-esque, so add shadows. If your tileset is complex, tell me how it is used (or give an example). If the tiles are all different sizes (or not evenly spaced out) I will have to reject it :'(.

Please, I admit I am no good at graphic (even 8-bit) :'(.

Thanks. I added a jumping event but when I land on the ground I dissapear :-[
Sup with it?
Quote
Collision Event with object obj_col:
if expression vspeed > 0 && y < other.y is true
if relative position (0,+vspeed) is collision free for Only solid objects
move in direction direction at most 12 till a contact with solid objects
set the vertical speed to 0
else
move in direction direction at most 12 till a contact with solid objects
set the vertical speed to 0

Key Press Event for Z-key Key:
if relative position (0,1) gives a collision with Only solid objects
set the vertical speed to -10
EDIT: Fixed, but now I can only jump once. Oh noes...

OK, I ripped from a sprite sheet, just arranged it, and I know it's not LoZ related, but I have it if you want.
P.S. Like the tileset says, give credit! ;)

I haven't got a mirror yet, oh well.
Oh, plus it's not ALL the tiles.

Coding / [REQUEST] Zelda 2 Engine

I would like an engine using GMK8 Pro that allows me to make a game based on The Adventure of Link for the NES. I am no good coder (honest) so one using at least some actions would be nice.
Please...
