Well I recently bought HotD, but that's only 'cause a friend of mine had it on the Dreamcast and we used to play it a lot (never managed to beat it though, the bloody thing broke down on us when we reached the final boss :( ). Still UC might be better.

Well I suppose I'll get it eventually but not for a while (I am slightly overwight, yes but that's 'cause of that car accident a couple o' years ago, since then it's already lessening). Still I do find it quite expensive for an, if you will excuse me for the over simplification, glorified scale.

Nah, but then again I generally have little problem with adventure/platform games. Not to say I'm a great gamer or something, but I generally figure out the lay out of the level and what to do pretty quickly. That added to the fact that I've got pretty good reflexes enable me to go through games pretty easily (Still I'll never have some kind of high score, simply 'cause I pick up very little)

Yeah I got it years ago, and finished it shortly after ( with Zelda games I tend to have 23 hour gaming days :s ), but yeah I liked it. 'Twas not harder just different.

Well I found Prince of Persia: Rival Swords incredibly easy, and of course Super mario Bros. 1, 2, and 3 as well as Super Mario World were incredibly easy.

Dunno I like Dry Bones a lot, mainly 'cause i always want a light character and he looks the nicest out of all of them

People still buy posters?
Well I sure do, then again it is one of the more normal things in my room. I mean I've got a multitude of other decorational things as well. For example my swords/bow, a couple of small statues, a smal amfora like vase, a couple o' rocks, photo's of my deceased pets, a lot of computers etc. Needless to say I've got a lot of things in my room, but still some of my posters are the more expensive things

Yeah I used to have a lot more posters (enough to completely fill my walls), but when I renovated my room I threw a lot of them away. These are the posters I have left together with one painting and a drawing.

Basically what posters that are in your possessions are you really proud of / do you really like?
Mine are:

Normally not too much of a fan of harry potter posters, but this one was actually a cinema poster

I just like it for some reason (of course the fact that it cost me 25 euro's doesn't have anything to do with it :P )

This one was actually a christmas present ( as was the final fantasy one in the next pic)

What can I say, I'm a fan of the LotR movies (and books, but thats a whole different matter)

This one I'm proud of 'cause it was my own design

A close up

And this one is my pride and joy, it's size is massive, and its made out of the same material that those moving pictures are made of. All in all to buy this one would've cost me quite a penny, but I was lucky and got it for free ;).

So these are my most prized posters, which are yours?

Yeah, I've played all mario karts with a friend so this is annoying for us. Still besides that it is a great game 'cept for the times the cpu players throw like five blue shells a pow block and a gooper at you, then you really hate the cpu's.

Well even for us europeans the chances are slim for getting one at the moment. I mean I had to go to five different shops 'fore I got one. Still it was worth it, only thing I don't like is that there is no 2-player grand prix.

Ocarina, why? Well because it was the only zelda i actually had trouble playing through. The others were a bit too easy for my tastes.

'Tis a really nice game and the steering wheel is nice as well (something i doubted considering other racing games but hey it actually works well). I also like it that they have more cups this time, so all in all I really like it so far (gonna play it some more with a friend tonight).

Well let's see:

"Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly; the ill deeds along with the good, and let me be judged accordingly. The rest... is silence." - Hamlet

"It is neither good nor bad, but thinking makes it so."- Shakespeare

"When words are scarce they are seldom spent in vain"- Shakespeare

"Suspicion always haunts a guilty mind."- Shakespeare

"Death is more universal than life; everyone dies and not everbody lives."- A. Sachs

"Often, the surest way to convey misinformation is to tell the strict truth."- Mark Twain

"Suspicion always haunts a guilty mind."- Shakespeare

"If we could read the secret history of our enemies, we should find in each man's life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility."- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

"Reveal not every secret to a friend, for how can you tell but that friend may hereafter become an enemy."- Saadi

"I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I am not."- Unknown

"Am I not destroying my ememies when I make friends of them?"- Lincoln

"Not all who wander are lost"- Tolkien

"That is not dead which can eternal lie,
And within strange aeons even Death may die."- Lovecraft

"Quoth the raven: Nevermore"- Poe

"The future belongs to those who dare to believe in the beauty of their dreams."- Eleanor Roosevelt

"But then again if truth be told, if you are looking for the guilty you only need look into a mirror"- V

"The times have changed, and we have changed in them"- Cicero (i think)

"There have been meetings of only a moment, that left impressions that lasted a lifetime"- ?

"Ah sarcasm... What profit is it to a man if he gains the world and loses his own soul?  Matthew 16:26 I believe"- Dracula (SotN good/best ending)

I'm sure there were more quotes that I really liked, but these are the only ones I remember at the moment

The Netherlands, in a part of Rotterdam called Crooswijk. 'Tis not the best place to live for most, especially now.

Entertainment / Re: What is the memorable song in a game to you?
« on: March 22, 2008, 12:25:16 am »
Well Zelda's theme (the one like zelda's lullaby), Kingdom heart's Sanctuary, and ace combat 5's Journey home. I usually put on my own music, so I don't really get the music experience from the games (these were the few games where I actually turned the sound on so I could hear the songs).
