no, the bomb has the red cloud going up, the enemy only has the black clouds on the bottom.
that one there's a bomb, although I could rip another for you because if you just make the black transparent, it looks funny since it will remove the lines in between the clouds.

It probably puts them together like that.  I can't imagine Windy went out of his way to line them up perfectly in a table with frame numbers for each.

I've been playing around in it today, and nowhere in the readme is that option. nowhere in the program either.
and nabeshin, it's not that hard to allign them like that, as it captures the size perfectly (or almost).
