Not really, there's some feeling of immortality knowing your hemorrhage for a week and you don't die.

I feel like I have no need to lol self control, it's an amazing concept.

How does it feel to lactate? Huh? HUH?!

Talk to me when I have kids lol

How's it feel to have boobs? Do they get annoying?

How does it feel to have a penis? lol and breasts are just kinda there... not really annoying, just there.

I swear to god if they gets locked under the pretense of  "immaturity" the person doing the lockingwill die alone and sad in a retirement home at age 87 after leading a sad and unfulfilling life.

The person doing the locking would most likely be me... so now what? lol

How does it feel to have been a Hillary supporter and as such judged for your support for her by most people as being simply and mainly because she is a woman as well?  And in that light, what did her candidacy mean to you and do you feel like it advanced your interests as you yourself are a political science major?  (Too much thought was put into this post)

I don't support Hilary. A lot of girls don't. I think it would be great to have a woman president though. And I'm not saying I dislike Hilary Clinton, I just don't pay too much attention to politics. What I really want is a jamaican president, man or woman. As long as they have dark skin and dreadlocks. =]

Do you fart? If so, what do they smell like?

Yes; flowers.

Oy... Multiple questions now? and yes... too much thought XD But lets see here...
For the first question: With people I've encountered they've never judged me on that basis. That's like going to an cakefarts supporter and thinking they are only voting for him because he's black and I'm assuming no one has judged you like that.

Second question: Her candidacy proved that women CAN get to the white house. As she said in her concession speech, that perceived "glass ceiling" now has millions of cracks in it. Saying her candidacy has "advanced" my interests wouldn't really be accurate, but it more so reaffirmed it. On a whole, people are more equal now than they ever have been in the history of our nation allowing everyone's (men, women, African American, White etc) voices to be heard and have an even chance at shaping the direction of the nation. I just hope to be another to put my voice out there and have a shot at shaping our nation.

Do you fart? If so, what do they smell like?

Yes; flowers.

Is is better for a guy to lie and make a girl feel better, or tell the truth if it hurts them?

Ultimately the truth is always better. Though saying from experience, I'm quite a fan of the "ignorance is bliss" idea but somewhere down the line the truth will come out and if it comes later rather than sooner it'll hurt even more.

It is kind of hard for being to judge me like that considering my white, pasty skin, but there are people who expect that I will vote for cakefarts because the media and most groups associate his candidacy with a youth and change movement.

Also, since all the girls who view this apply, what do the people around you think or what would they think or how would they react if they knew that you spend time on an online forum?

Meh, I need to stop asking questions I know the answers to.  But in the spirit of knowledge as other people may not know, how long does a woman hold a grudge if she is willing to hold that grudge?

And less intelligently, if I said something about your body, would you hold it against me?  lulz.

Most of my female friends spend a lot of time on the internet too, so it doesn't seem to weird to them. Although when I told one of my friends that I go on 4chan, she said (jokingly?) that she can never look at me the same. But she goes on 4chan too...

First, the typical question, since we're being very open here it seems:

1. Does size matter? Yes, that.

Now...

2. Nail painting, I have never understood that !@#$% :P Explain.

I'll think of more later, maybe.

1) As I said in a previous post "It's not the size mate, it's how you use it." However I will say bigger isn't always better.

2) Our simple way of getting high off the fumes XD jkjk it's just something we do *shrugs* really no explanation just sometimes we want our nails to go with our outfits lol

Why can't most women tell the difference between gossiping and bitching?

Because 99.9% of the time, it's the same thing.

That's like asking why you ripped off my topic with yours... are YOU trying to make ZFGCers think that Brits are different from Americans?

Why do women always feel the need to enter self destructive relationships full of cheating and lies instead of going to someone who actually cares about them?

(lol this is sorta in relation to the girl Niki; who I helped find out her fiance was cheating on her. A few weeks later, she went back to him after listening to him spin a web of lies... I cant figure this stuff out XD Women seem to do it all the time. It's like y'all settle or something >_<)

Fourthed

But I already know the answer.
They need drama.  And they also are naive enough to believe,"Hey, maybe he really will change this time."

Simple as that.

Because we like the "challenge." Anything that seems to be too easy we really don't go after... that's why you have the whole "nice guys finish last" thing, because they really are too quick to throw on the niceties and ultimately lack that "spark" (there was an article about just this featured on Yahoo.com about it recently, if you can find it you should give it a read)

Extreme sizes? Well if its too big then "OMG OWWWW!!!" or too small its just "eh... thats it?"

why would a girl say they like you then go out with someone else(more than once also i accuse myself for falling for it)?  :-\ Damn chicks

Look out for the "I like you" with the added tone of a "but...." and there's your answer. See above "Nice Guy Syndrome".

Why is it that I can't win a "I remember that conversation, you didn't say that" argument with any woman on the face of this planet?

Because as women we are always right XD that or you give up too easily...

Would you still have posted this topic if you'd known what the questions would be?

I actually expected worse from this topic lol it's fairly tame so far.

AH HA! YEARS OF SUSPICION CONFIRMED. WOMANKIND IS FINISHED. Nah, it's good to know my suspicions were correct, because this pretty much killed high school romance for me...thankfully since college I've toughened up a bit, and my track record with women who mostly aren't dumb bitches shows it. Yay progress!

Alright then, lets spice things up guys XD

Agreed! And because of such...

What is the weirdest thing a boyfriend ever asked you to do? Like, where you just looked at him and were like "...wait, what?" Examples are...maybe, doing it in a strange way, like upside-down, or requests for "favors" during unlikely moments, like playing video games (which, note for you in the future if you need it: if you ever want to make a guy extremely happy, if only briefly, HOLY CRAP THIS IS THE WAY TO DO IT. I won't elaborate, haha)

If this question doesn't apply or you for some reason feel uncomfortable answering it, then get out :D Nah, it's cool. You do have a reputation as as an administrator to defend, after all! GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!

Well this is an interesting question since its hard to answer due to the fact I've been single since Sophomore year of High School (Currently a College Sophomore) and back then nothing good happened. Also, I am still a virgin so it's also hard to answer. I've honestly really never been "asked" anything strange from a guy lol lame I know.

You made that man very, very happy. This has only happened to me once, and it was almost existentially pleasing. It's less arousing as much as it is extremely satisfying. "I'm playing [insert game] and this girl is making me feel fantastic? God, this is AWESOME!" She even turned on the system for me, what a sweetheart! :P

I keep thinking of these for some reason. This one is more tame: Besides that dreamboat Knivu, who's the most attractive male on ZFGC?

Yeah, girls do have the power in that respect. I was played Guitar Hero against a friend of mine at a party, and he lost because some girl popped her boobs out in front of him while he was playing.

I find this quote funny, as it applied to me way back in the day when I was in high school. Next thing you know a big dump truck backs up to my front door and just dumps a load of girls that want nothing more than to fondle my genitals. XD Very weird.

Besides, girls do some strange things behind closed doors. lol I was dating a girl in college and she told me once that one night she and her 4 friends where drinking in her dorm room, and decided to see who could shoot a ping pong ball the farthest from their nethers. I think she told me she won.

EDIT: Oh and Mamoruanime avatar is strangely arousing...

How come I'm not mentioned as good looking?
Damnit.  I never get anything in this life...lol
I really don't care.

Question:
What's the best way a guy can approach a girl he has never met?
Say at a bar or club or whatever?

I know what you mean...why do women get all the "Oh you look fine" whenever they hate their looks but when it's a guy people just assume they are gay...admittedly I'm probably the one giving the women all the "You are attractive" whenever they say they are ugly (unless they are ugly, then I just chuckle under my breath and change the subject)...damn my male instincts!

Now, on to the question: If a girl is pompous and arrogant, is it justified for the guy to be sarcastic and snide?

Just say "hi" and avoid those cheesy ass pick up lines... someone used the "did it hurt when you fell from heaven?" on me once and I laughed my ass off for the rest of the night lol If you can though try to pick up on something that the girl is talking about with her friends (without looking stalkerish) and maybe it'll give you something to talk about to ease the awkwardness.

Depends on the girl lol My dad was a naval fighter pilot (F-14 Tomcats woooo think Top Gun.. since he went to the ACTUAL Top Gun School) and I'm pretty much a daddy's girl so I've picked up quite a lot of the fighter pilot's arrogance and tolerance for completely crude jokes and have no problem getting it back. I'd say first though, test the waters with one sarcastic comment and if you get an unfavorable response, back off if not, go for it XD

Yeah, I probably should have done that with my last girlfriend. I kind of just plow through with the sarcasm...

I had a conversation once that went something like:
Me: I hope I get an A I my test...
Her : And I hope I get better than you.
Me: Not likely. I get higher than you in Maths all the time.
Her: Yeah but I've been revising and my mums been helping me lots (her mum is a nurse or something, can't remember)
Me : Some people just fail no matter how much they revise.
Her: Well my mum said I've go it all down, that I'm a genius. So there.
Me : Well, she was quite clearly lying.

I still don't see was so bad about that last sentence but whenever I tell people this story they are always horrified...someone wanna explain why?

I have a more serious one.

Say you fix a girls problem with her ex-boyfriend and you become friends. Then she starts calling you cute and telling you dirty secrets and starts dating another guy, what do you say?

I'd probably go for the hot guy, but I prefer nice guys so that's really an obvious choice for me. Then again, you said "too nice", and I don't think I've ever met a guy who was TOO nice, so I don't know how much that would bother me.

Probably because you just told her you're better than her and that her idol, her mother, is a liar. Although everything you said was true, it wasn't what she wanted to hear. I think. ::)

She was obviosly after some encouragement, which you did the opposite of, and then called her mother a liar, which nobody wants to hear.

Well, as I learned in high school, there's a big difference between "nice guy" and "too nice of a guy." So of course I try to be friendly and respectful; no self-respecting guy wants to act like some fratboy douchebag. But I'm a lot more confident and take the initiative rather than being passive. That's why I was so unlucky in high school.

If she wanted encouragement, why say "I hope I beat you"? I'd have gladly given it is she'd have said "I hope I get an A too...",  or "I hope we both do well" The only reaction possible to "I hope I completely wipe the floor with you" is, like I said, sarcasm and snide comments. Also remember I am smiling when I say these lines to her, and winked after the "Some people just fail no matter how much they revise." statement. Quite clearly I was just treating this as being playful!

As for me and women, I tend to be the nice guy to people who need the nice guy, but that's just due to my male instincts to comfort 'wounded' females.

Now that's an interesting question lol I don't think any less of those women in the polygamist sect they honestly don't know any better since they were brought up in that enviroment. Personally though I think sharing a husband is horrible though I'm bias since I'm one of those people that get jealous easily and if my husband/boyfriend was with another woman I'd go all kung fu on their ass XD

A comedian, I forget who, commented on that saying how it is utterly stupid because eventually they'd all "sync up" and you'd be in big trouble then. Speaking of which, does that actually happen? You know, when women hang out on a regular basis they end up having their periods at the same time, thus syncing up, so to speak. Is that true, or just a myth.

What's it like to !@#$% sitting down? And just before it comes out can you feel it building up? Also do you feel it inside, since your urethra is inside you as opposed to "outside" in a penis, along the whole length of which we can feel it flowing?

When he asks you out... duh? XD There is no real way we "realize" that we want to be with a certain guy, we just kinda have that gut feeling (and can't stop thinking about them).

This is actually true lol weird as hell as it is but yea it can happen. Me and my roommate in College we're actually "sync'd" for a while... it really kinda suck since my schedule changed to hers meaning that it came like 2 weeks too early UGH that sucked...

Well my brother told me we males actually have a sort of "defense mechanism" to prevent leaking, in that "it" gets hard to prevent the urine from leaking out. Obviously, women don't have anything to do that as a preventive measure. Anyways, what do you think of the portrayal of women in video games as of late, e.g. short-ass skirts, big boobs, etc.?

It's really nothing surprising to me, I guess since I've played video games for so long I've kinda grown accustomed to it. The only time it REALLY bugs me is when game designers just go obviously overboard. Take Soul Caliber IV for instance... breasts THAT ginormous would definitely not even be remotely viable to have while fighting especially when most of them obviously don't have support. Believe it or not big breasts cause back problems and there comes a point where even to men they become tacky as hell... UGH its nuts. Anyway I have to say though that Final Fantasy X probably had one of the best portrayals of a woman in video games that I've seen. Yuna has to be my video game character idol; strong-willed, determined, and is fully capable of holding her own all without the skimpy clothes! (don't get me started with X-2 though... ARGH ruined her character...)

Yeah, my mom used to have huge ones that ruined her back and stuff. Needless to say, she got the augmentated. But if they're that big in a game, why not use those as the weapon? No offense, of course.

When you had your first period, were you embarrassed in the least? My little sister didn't seem to be and I found that to be a little unnerving. Personally, if my genitals became the subject of discussion, I'd be a little weirded out.

Yeah, my mom had hers reduced. They were a DD or something before and she had them reduced to a C. My older sister has a C, and my little sister, strangely, has a D.

I think my moms were almost down to her waist. Don't remember the size, though. Also, technically your genitals make you the "Inernet Tough Guy" cause they are, in a manner of speaking, big. I don't know about literally, nor do I care to know. Anyways, it's not just the genitals. It's the fact that they are leaking BLOOD! If mine did that once a month, something would be horribly wrong.

Haha when I had my first period I remember that I called my mom to pick me up because I had a stomach ache (and 6th grade sucked but ya know my stomach legitamately didn't feel well) so I get home and I was like "well... uh... that's... different" went to my mom and asked "uh... is this normal?" and she just smiled and laughed saying I was starting my first period and started to explain all the stuff I needed to deal with it.

Then I cried... because that all signaled that I was getting old (and my hormones were weird).

So really, I wasn't embarssased (probably due to the fact it started once I got home and I didn't have to deal with it starting at school) I was just kinda "eh..." besides the show you "the video" in school in 5th grade so you kinda already know what to expect and won't freak out. Gotta love nature huh?  ::)

Where do girls keep their penises? Come on you can tell me!

Don't be scared to. And don't do it to some random girl, either. Make sure you know each other well enough and that she likes you. Don't make her feel pressured, and don't show that you're nervous. Oh and make sure she's not in a crappy mood either, do it whenever she's feeling good. If she is in a bad mood, cheer her up then ask. It's really not that hard... you just have to do it.

No, it's not creepy. I prefer it. Maybe you just stared too long and didn't say anything? I can see how that would be creepy...

I don't understand how that's creepy, really, unless it's like you're trying to make eye babies or something...

One thing I really dig is kissing with eyes open. It's really, REALLY hot.

So here is a very important/random question. If you could only have ONE type of sauce to put on your food for the rest of your life which would you pick? I am talking about any thing liquid-like that you would put on food (ketchup, BBQ, ranch, etc).
Title: Re: Ask a Girl [Mature Content?]

I should put a disclaimer on everything I say so that I am not misunderstood.  You might know what I was referring to in the first condition of the question, but creepy is an alright thing to be at least in my opinion; I really did not mean it in a negative connotation.  The second condition of the question seems a little odd that you would not qualify under though.  I mean, you are looking at a computer screen for long periods of time during hours of the night that increase the lights intensity effect and strain the eye itself.  How they could be anything besides bloodshot baffles the bejesus out of me.

Also, making a relative shift, how often do you cry and is it that easy to stop?  Do you feel better after you are done and then feel all the better for doing so?  I cannot for the life of me cry, lol, too much manliness.

I'd say a C is good. It's not too big and it's not too small.

Ketchup. It's basically the only sauce I ever have anyway.

I cry quite a lot lol, like, at least once a week :P But I guess I am quite a sensitive person. Although sometimes when I cry it's just cos I havent cried in a while. And yes most of the time I do feel better afterwards.

D: I find that really creepy ...

Really? It's usually gotten pretty good responses from people...and of course I like the normal way just fine too :P It's just leaving your eyes open (but not like O_O open) makes it feel a lot more intimate, and allows for better communication between you and your partner during said kiss. It loses some of the rush and the surprise, but makes up for it in those factors.

I've kissed my girlfriend when both of our eyes were open..not REALLY open but a little open..doesn't really change anything imo

A girl's hymen is not broken, it's torn or stretched. This can happen because of many things. And if you claim a guy raped you, doctors arent going to demand to check and see if there's any evidence of rape ... people have to either take your word for it or not.

I really don't care.

Question:
What's the best way a guy can approach a girl he has never met?
Say at a bar or club or whatever?

take her hand, hold it, ask for a dance?
Hold hand: Increases chance by 50% to a total of 60% ;)
but like so many other internet monsters, you will not

Same. It's all like "Oooh, isn't he hot?" "Nope, too girly." "What, you don't like girly men?" "No, and you shouldn't either."

Still, gets you in a couple of good positions, like "Is this dress a little too provocative?

Speaking of "Does this look good on me?"

Which one of these things would get a guy slapped for responding (I think I may know the answers already but lol)?
1 "No I'm afraid, anything would look good on you, and I mean anything except THAT which you are wearing!"
2 "If you say so."
3 "You know my opinion doesn't matter, but personally, yes."
4a "Looks a little tight, you should try on a bigger size."
4b "Looks a bit tight on you, could you go one size smaller?"
4c "It looks fine."
5 "Wow, and I here I was picturing you in one of those, looks great!"
6 "Out of all honesty, you could go for something a bit darker, that particular colour doesn't suit you."
7 "Yeah if you want to be perved upon."

YES.

Mind you, I'm a little bit obsessive about my shoes. I have a pair of Pacman-styled Ben Shermans, a pair of black Converse, and I'm gonna get two new pairs of Converse (Sailor Jerry and Custom ones).

And I love them all. <3

QUESTION QUESTION

Okay, so I saw this girl at work tonight who I haven't seen since I got out of high school. We make small talk, I make a few jokes like I usually do around old friends, nothing serious. She is physically attractive but I'm totally not interested in her, as she's completely the opposite of my type, but I mean, we were buddies back in high school. Maybe I came across as unintentionally flirtatious? I dunno.

This leads to my question: why is it that girls always find a way to mention their boyfriends to guys? It ALWAYS comes up within the first few SENTENCES of every conversation I have with a girl who's taken. Is there some paranoia that we're trying to flirt with you or something?

Title: Re: Ask a Girl [Mature Content?]

I feel so lame.  I have mentioned this one girl named Ashley who I had an Art History class with, well I was interested in her last semester and yeah I was flirting with her a bit.  Besides getting her to finally talk more openly with me by showing her a story about horse fighting in the Philippines and the fact that she rode horses for six years prior, she and I became good friends, lol.  Well, not so much friends, it was not that defined.  We talked about odd things, I got her to smile a lot, and we even had dinner a few times together.

She was odd, really odd; more quiet than me even and that is no easy feat.  She never told me that she had a boyfriend either, well she did finally when there were only two weeks of school left.  She and I were walking back from that class too, and she told me as we were walking - luckily for me I have a knack for feeling broken and not showing it >.<.  Then again, I later figured out who her boyfriend was and they seem perfect for each other so it would go against what I stand for to wiggle in between someone else's relationship.  That really bugs the heck out of me.  Kaylee, who I also like has a boyfriend who I think seems perfect for her in that they are both dorks, and Ashley has a boyfriend and they are both quiet, semi-cool outcasts.  Meh, there is always Megan, lol, she creeps me out though in a good way; big teeth, nice smile.

Anyway, question to say as my back stories are boring and droll.  This involves this one girl I know named Angie, and one doesn't really need to know her to answer.  One day I confronted her about how she talks to me, basically asking her if she is being really honest.  I asked her at least twice if I was annoying her and even told her to tell me to shut up and go away if I was.  She said I was fine and then got all self-conscious in that she thought she was acting odd.  I convinced her that the question in itself could not help but be odd.

My question is: Why is it that when I ask girls to be completely honest with me regardless of my feelings that they find it so difficult?  People like me like brutal honesty and it would make things so much easier if everyone in general were just honest to begin with about everything.  And sometimes the truth hurts, but it would hurt even less if people were just honest from the beginning.

My question is: Why is it that when I ask girls to be completely honest with me regardless of my feelings that they find it so difficult?

They don't want to be rude or hurt your feelings. Most girls are like that.

Ah, I would have more to say to that and I even have a response written up, but some responses need time to dwell upon and as of these recent times I have been a man of impulse which for the sake of expediency begets the cost of regret.

This may have been asked, so any of the girls here do not have to answer it if that were to be the case, but do you think that the emphasis on women being "home makers only" as a way of life in traditionalist, religious groups and the general lack of religious inclusion of women in higher church positions leads directly to the movement of young, educated women to pursue agnosticism and atheism?  Like, as a man, most religious affiliations are male-centric so I do not feel inferior in a sense to a priest or even so toppled over by the image of god as a man since we share that characteristic.  In this way, does a woman's religious diversion have any basis on feminist rebellion?

Lies and dishonesty are far more hurtful than if you were just straight up with something, which wouldn't hurt our feelings in the long run. Yes, we'd be somewhat jaded for a bit, but you know full well we can get over things very fast.

It's because they don't want to hurt your feelings at all, so they take the risk of going with a lie in order to possibly avoid knowingly hurting you. Ultimately it's pretty selfish, as while it appears they have your feelings in mind, it's more often a protection of themselves. They don't want to go through the experience of hurting someone they care about, risking that, if you find out, you'll be affected much more deeply.

It's not just women though, everybody does this. It's entirely human.

What the hell is the deal with Girls and shoes? Im a guy who LIKES shopping for clothes (well, Shirts etc. mainly...) But shoe shopping is boring. Converse ftw.

or: Why cant girls admit they dont like someone? Obivously i dont mean they literally never do, but at my secondary school theyre was a guy called Jimmy who they all hated, and talked smack behind his back non stop, but to his face were fine. Maybe it was just my school...

YES.

Mind you, I'm a little bit obsessive about my shoes. I have a pair of Pacman-styled Ben Shermans, a pair of black Converse, and I'm gonna get two new pairs of Converse (Sailor Jerry and Custom ones).

And I love them all. <3

Also I like shopping for trousers. <__<

YESYES.

Converse yay! (I have 2 pairs of converse and I'm hoping to get a new pair at some point)
& I do like shoes, but I'm not totally crazy about them, but, pretty shoes makes pretty feet and having pretty feet makes a girl feel confident as it completes her outfit. I do wish I had more shoes but I dont have the money to buy lots of pairs of shoes ...

I would like a guy who plays guitar because he could teach me, and [I assume] he would own a guitar that I could use. 'Cause I can't play and I can't afford a guitar... So, the answer's yes, but only if he let's me use it.

I have a question!

Why is it that the ball is ALWAYS on the guy's court?

Like with me right now, I'm having this situation with my ex. I think I'm in love with her and I TOLD her that already but recently we talked again and apparently the ball is still in my court?

WTF? After telling a girl you're in love with her, what else are you supposed to do?! o_O

Well Y'see, the reason you have to make amends all the time is because women are still under the delusion that they can reproduce without men, yet men are smarter (and stronger, therefore, better) and know this is not the case, so they must rescue the women by not insulting them and saying they are wrong, but by making them feel like they want to reproduce with men. So by always making amends, you are furthering man kind! Good on you!

I wouldnt necessarily prefer guys who played the guitar or who played the flute. I tend to prefer guys who have nice personalities :P. Although the flute could be seen as a more feminine instrument to play but to me it could just suggest the guy has a more sensitive side and doesnt care about following the macho crowd.

lol. For me, any instrument that somebody can play is a plus.
Though for me personally I like guitar players, since that is the easiest way to make some music together, since I'm a singer.
However, any instrument is fine, but what's with all the "do you prefer somebody who plays a guitar/keyboard/whatever"? I mean, it's not that I would like somebody just *because* he's playing a certain instrument, but it'd be just... you know, a plus.

What's your view on long distance relationships?  Because I'm about to be in one.  My girlfriend is moving down south for school.  We've both agreed that we're not gonna leave each other, I mean this girl left her boyfriend of 4 1/2 years (who she probably would have married) for me and I love her to death.

I had a long distance relationship for 3 years... and I gotta say it isn't the greatest. You have to really be willing to go out of your way for each other and it just generally requires a lot more effort. I wish you both the best of luck though.

Not that I know anything either, but my feminine side suggests that if you do not have a webcam that you should get one assuming that a majority of the conversations you have with her now are through the Internet anyway.  That, and the first semester of the school year should not be that burdensome considering that there are two key holidays in the United States (Thanksgiving and Christmas) that will give you some time to see each other, not to mention that you could get a part time job and fly out for the weekend if you wanted to.  Gee golly, I mean, you are an adult now, view the world through that prism and you can do pretty much anything as long as it is not criminal.

Oh, and Lindsey seems cool.  You yourself seem to have a history with past, sort of long distance relationships.  Like the one where the girl went back to the !@#$% who was mean to her.  Not saying it is anything like that, but I am saying that it is not so extremely new to you.

Personal Preference: Looks or Personality? Both? Why?
Common Preference: Looks or Personality? Both? Why?

Personal: Both. Every person, including me, is a bit superficial so looks do come into play but those looks mean nothing when the personality underneath is crap.
Common: Both, but with a bit more weight to looks. Like above, the looks don't mean a whole lot if the personality doesn't work, but I believe that a lot of women have this fault where they think they can try to change a man no matter what. It's that idea that gets us into trouble a lot.

Title: Re: Ask a Girl [Mature Content?]

I would assume that the nice guy thing is merely an issue of boredom and/or predictability.  A woman will more than likely look at a nice guy and because she knows that he is a nice guy, she will not feel that him being nice to her really means anything.  If she is approached by a nice guy, it will not be special towards her, it will just be how the guy is.  A bad boy on the other hand when he is nice, it is differing behavior.  Thus, it is perceived by the girl to be an improvement or genuine niceness.  That would be my guess.

Ah but niceness and predictability do not go hand-in-hand.

Girls have friends, it is not like they do not ask them about guys.  If her friends say the guy is a nice guy and then the guy approaches the girl, the girl already knows what to expect.  That, and niceness off the bat is going to mostly be interpreted through a cynical lens.

Good guy scenario:

'Oh look, my boyfriendgave me chocolates and flowers again. Boring.'

Bad Boy scenario:

'Woah he's got a car and he doesn't have a liscence! I like that. that's soo unpredictable.

And Mammy, why are you in this topic, ask your wife. >__>

JAMI AND I BROKE UP A FEW MONTHS AFTER WE GOT ENGAGED. THIS HAPPENED IN JANUARY.

lol (no that wasn't an angry response either lol)

Anyway :p

I personally go to unimaginable lengths for women, however I still enjoy being unpredictable and spontaneous. The two aren't polar opposites :P they can go together

Picking her up knowing she has 2 days off and taking her on a romantic holiday at an expensive hotel on the fly without any real preemptive thought. Took her by surprise. It was spontaneous.

Also, I did it in my truck that has no insurance or muffler. LAWBREAKER~

for the first one, after the fun you're !@#$% because you're in $50,000 debt when you get backed and become homeless, not so nice now is it? jk, I guess that is nice and unpredictable... but how many people would do that? I think there's a good medium between too nice and badboy.

for the second, that's badboy... isn't it... and good job.

You have to realize not all of us want "bad boy." What Mammy did is a perfect example of pure win! XD We like spontaneity not necessarily bad ass. A typical "nice guy" repeats the same nice things over and over thus making it "old." You can be a nice guy and get the girl but you just can't be smothering on the "omg your amazing" all the !@#$% time. That's not to say however you have license to be a DICK inbetween your spontanious demostrations of love... but I think you are getting the idea.

As a man, I am sometimes guilty of taking being called a "DICK" as a compliment.  I think that I actually thanked the last person who called me that.  It is funny though how a person's words and feelings can be so misinterpreted though and the words taken as literal truth and not so much temporal anxiety.

Also, Fourth of July bonus question: If you are an American, is this one of the few times besides Thanksgiving where you eat as openly as the guys do?  And if so, how do you burn it off or is your metabolic rate decent enough that it does it for you?

What does a girl mean when she texts to say - relatively last minute - that she can't come over for something that she said she would because she's working, but she wants to meet up after she gets back from holiday? ("for coffee", if that changes things)

Bearing in mind that this girl has been dating another guy for nearly nine months, and is most likely aware I have feelings for her.

Well?

Um... something legitimate prolly came up. I'd be concerned if she didn't arrange another get together but since she still wants to meet up I don't want to think she has alternative motives for blowing you off in the first place. Also the coffee thing doesn't matter too much only when its after a date not the date lol

Seeing as I have two older sisters who have (unfortunately) been a heavy female influence on my past 14 years, I'm going to try to answer this.

She probably doesn't like you in the way you want, but she probably does want you as a friend to hang out with, if you really do like her, you best tell her that to make sure that you two don't become friends, and then friendly friends, and then you might get the wrong idea and end up embarrasing yourself.

We always appreciate humor, its great, amazing, yay to making us happy and laugh however there are times where we need the seriousness. A guy who is always lacking in the serious could be viewed as thinking a relationship is a joke to them which naturally never goes to a good place.

Of course we do lol just not all the time... I'll be honest we do like to dance around things because we either don't have the guts to just get out with it or because we are afraid of the response.

People consider me a serious person, but do you as a girl feel that guys do not take you seriously as a person?  Or better yet, do you get annoyed when guys laugh at the things you say even though you know what you said was not really that funny at all?  I cannot understand how a person could live sanely in a world with no genuineness.

I feel as if I'm not taken seriously by a lot of people not just men... though I can't say I've really been laughed at before for something that wasn't meant to be funny. I believe I'm at least respected but overlooked and that gets annoying at some points.

So why does this girl flirt with me (pretty obvious flirting ive known her forever) then goes and makes out with her boyfriend honestly it pisses me off.

Rule Numero Uno guys must learn: Just because we flirt doesn't me we are interested! Some women are naturally a bit too friendly or get too friendly at times but just because we flirt you can't take it as "OMG I like you" law. Read into other surrounding details a LOT more before coming to a conclusion.

The thing is when I think flirting I think of a lot more obvious things than what I'm doing, which I think to be nothing more than playful banter. Maybe people just aren't used to seeing me be nice, because people always accuse me of flirting when I think I'm just being nice :)

Eh it depends on the girl. Personally it's none of my business so I don't do it but I know people who think they are doing you a great service by talking to that other person "for you." If you don't like it just tell them to stop because sometimes it may just screw you over.

Black belt? What in? I have one in kickboxing (1st dan). Lol at training I met a guy with a 2nd dan in Tae Kwon Do as well. Weird. Anyway, yeah, except for martial artists, and fighting as in FIGHTING, unarmed. I was more just joking around, really, but it does strike me as odd that most women have no concern over their physical strength. Sure, they don't need it that much since we're always around, but you get annoyed and wanna do some things yourself, right? It's also perfectly possible for women to build up some muscle, but you ALMOST NEVER see any women doing weights, but rather just toning for appearance's sake. Sure, female body builders with full-on muscle mass gross most people out, but you never really even see women with a little muscle, like just a bit. And because of this I always wonder, is everything heavier for you than it is for guys?

And also how do you define useless... if you're in a fight with someone they aren't exactly gonna come to your aid since that's your problem but if we are attacked you better be damn sure we'll fight back, even if its just with pepper spray or mace.
Black belt?

Tae Kwon Do 1st Dan (Yes Knivu not only can I banhammer everyone's ass I can kick it too XD). Women really don't build muscle the way guys do (well unless as you said they are a body builder) we just want or bodies to look lean not bulky. As for is everything heavier... I think 5lbs is 5lbs for everyone XD just because women don't have huge arm muscles doesn't mean lifting some things is hard. Besides we were built for lifting children lol note the child baring hips! XD

Oh yeah, another question (Don't know if this one's been covered or not yet...)

Why do women usually go to the bathroom in pairs? I heard on the radio you all like to compare notes on guys, but I think that's total !@#$% myself. Is it just hardwired in there or what? lol

haha Basic safety, duh! For all we know we could go to the bathroom and there could be some guy in there that wants to rape us. That doesn't necessarily mean that we don't talk about guys or what not but that's not the primary reason. I also won't deny that it could possibly be "hardwired" into our systems to go together since we just kinda...well, do lol but it does have it's logical reasons so it's not a complete random fluke of humanity.

I think that both men and women are equal as we both kinda have our pros and con but you have to realize we do kinda have a bit of a superiority complex because we endure a 7 day hemorrhage each month as well as child birth and survive quite nicely. Men don't have this extra little hardship and have it quite easy in that respect lol

Well, the important thing that a lot of people need to realize is that men and women are equal, but that doesn't mean we're identical.

The vagina's built for childbirth- notice how it friggin DILATES during labour. If we get a kidney stone, which are like 2.5cm wide, and that thing's trying to get through a 1mm hole or something along those lines, it's extremely painful. All scratches the sides and everything. Just typing this make my DICK feel almost painful. If anything, I would say the uterine contractions would be more painful than a lubed up baby passing through a lubed up, conveniently enlarged hole.

When a girlfriend, or sister, of yours knows you have a crush on someone/you like someone, is it normal for them to talk about you to said person, all the time?

Eh it depends on the girl. Personally it's none of my business so I don't do it but I know people who think they are doing you a great service by talking to that other person "for you." If you don't like it just tell them to stop because sometimes it may just screw you over.
Hahaha

No wonder all of her friends tell me stories about her (mostly good). I mainly asked that because I have this mad crush on a girl, who also seems to have one on me (neither of us try to hide it, really), and all of her friends, her sister, and even her mom, always talk to me about her. :/

C-sections (the C itself references Caesar) always remind me of the plot of Macbeth, and Shakespeare is a pain to read through the first time without feeling like you are going to die of boredom.  I was always left better off by reading those works, so I guess that some painful experiences are worth it in life if you gain something from them.  Childbirth by whichever means is painful for a woman but that pain is how it should be, and in all earnestness, a still-born, premature, disfigured, or disabled baby would be more of a worry to the mother as the act of birth is not so much about the pain as it is passing life along.  The pain of childbirth is just the cost of happiness afterward.

Anyway, besides the obvious answer of the dominant side of the brain on most females being the side that processes emotions, why are women in general so emotional?  Not that there is anything wrong with that, but doesn't it get old, even to yourself, when your reactions are so repetitious in ways that you would rather avoid?

An unlucky man gets kidney stones

but

a lucky woman gives birth.

Kidney stones may be painful but its not like men wanted to have kidney stones anyway. A woman has to go through painful childbirth to get what she does want (a baby, in case you hadnt figured).
