Sorry dude. I keep forgetting to help... I just recently have had a lack of initiative to do anything.

It's ok. Uma is workin on Mario's jumpin animation. That'll get this project rollin'. ;)

That looks amazing! :D I love the style.

Hmm, his head looks weird on a few frames though.

I was thinking about the 2nd, 3rd 4th and 5th, from left to right.
His head always looks different, except on the last two where it looks the same.
On the 3rd frame the head just looks small.

Other than that, good job! This is progressing very well until now, keep it up! :)

The changing in the shape of his head is just the angle is different making it look smaller sometimes. Once Nick finds out how to compile World Artist for Leopard we can really get this project rolling.

Now that that's out of the way... his horns and spikes look bumblebee-patterned, is that intentional?  His body looks pretty good, kudos on that, but (I think) he needs more defined spikes, and maybe some protruding fangs, because right now he resembles a bumblebee-hippo.  And something odd is going on with his crown, unless it's supposed to look like a Bunny Hood or Pikachu ears.

I agree, he looks more like a hippo, than a koopa.

One of the major faults I saw in this sprite at least based on where you based it off of was that he has no visible tail or teeth and the colors seem off. Also, the crown seemed to big.

So I took the liberty to take a stab at fixing those and the results are here:

In my opinion, the old crown and mouth were perfect. He does need a tail, but yours is placed in a way that it makes that area look very busy. I think it'd be better off a bit smaller, and not right next to his legs.

Really, the colors are off? Sorry but we're not going to change the games entire pallet because you think that Bowser's colors are a little off. Also the crown you gave Bowser seems bland and unoriginal. It was good the way it was. Like Moldorma said, the mouth doesn't need little teeth poking out either. I will ask Uma to see what he can do about the tail. Thanks, but no thanks.

The old crown was fine, but I think it looks better with the teeth. The tail makes that area look crowded, but just throw in the teeth to the original drawing and if you ask me it instantly looks much better.

I agree with TDJ about the crown and the teeth.  But I think it would be a good idea to give him a tail; just make a better-looking one.

EDIT:  I got an idea to add some black pixels to the bottom of the bush.  I'm not sure if that made it look better or worse…
