Pretty good!

Here are some cliffs :

Taken from Kousougames.co.uk

I'm still not satisfied with some details, but I guess I'll just have to make a request, the stone thing next to the (supposedly) dead tree, should have the royal mark on it, heck it should be a lot more detailed.

One thing you could sprite though, the Fishing Pond entrance, as seen on screenshot "LEGEND OF ZELDA-18.jpg", has a marking on the left side, should be quite easy to sprite. Apart from that, this is awesome!

Keep up the amazing work!

Edit : Here's the ref for the fishing pond mark :

Nice one MaJoRa - haven't seen this done before.

Right, here's Part one of Lake Hylia. without the grid Majora. I'll start on Part 2.

LMAO - why don't you just use the de-gridding program whathisname made?

You can remove the grid in 1 second!

There's a program that does that? Where!

Wow thats awsome MaJoRa ^^ Though one thing, the Firearrow stone, perhaps make it one tile more over, or down, because you need room for the fire arrow AND Linky :P ;) But yeah, its really awsome eitherway ^^

UPDATE:

Well as a lot of you know i hit a tiling spree the other day and I've been doing a few things for fun, one of which was to update my Lake Hylia with a few of the missing details. New features include the northern waterfall, a custom sprited tree and rock (where you shoot for the fire arrow), and the sign on the entrance to the fishing area. I have also changed the background tiles to match the ones on my Hyrule Field (as it seems logical to). I have also changed the platforms in the water (as you can climb onto them in OOT) to make sense. So here you are, and enjoy:

The image above is resized, and used purely to demonstrate it, for the full image use the direct download below or the forum attachment.

So, sorry it took so long for this update, heh.

I don't like the way you used grass details to make paths.  That's not how they were used in LttP.

IIRC the island before the dead tree one has a grave on it.

Shefali - You're right, that is not how they are use in Lttp. However if you look at the sprite itself it is more like stepped on grass, than grass itself. The areas where people are most likely to walk are the most likely areas to be stepped on, therefore this use is logical. It is also used to create character and feeling, to prevent the scene from appearing bare. Although I do appreiciate some people do not feel comfortable with it, saying which the grass is the most simplistic part of the map to remove if you see fit.

Jeod - Well it would seem you are also right, if I remember correctly when I originally posted this I left that as a hole so that people could sprite their own if need be (because I was not a experienced enough spriter to make it look correct). Although now I suppose I am capable of making such a sprite, when I have time I shall add it.
