Seems simple enough.  I assume when the actual sprite is made, the twister should be rotating as well.

Well, if this is just to show the mechanics...I don't see why not. Although, I think it would be cool to have a separate topic with better detail on what it would actually look like because just a little swirl doesn't really show much.

If we're considering just the mechanic, I accept.

Well, it's in the wiki right now as the tornado being swirling AROUND Link, not in front of him, and it might be nice to make that clear. Secondly, what do you guys think about the size of the tornado?
Also, I personally don't like the swirling around that Link does with the tornado around him, it'd be better if he were stable, except for like his clothes.

I'll try and do myself a better one in which the tornado is detailed and it twists. Twisting around Link? Then it'd be more like a shield. Just give me some time, and I'll try to do it.
