Hi, I tried out your Kokiri demo. What is in there appears to be solid. The movement seems a bit slow to me. But the corner cutting is good. The ledge jumping works fine and the rolling seems okay. These are my points of comment:

1) Kokiri Forest does not look like Kokiri Forest to me. It lacks the pond/water in the area. And the high road to that one girl Kokiri.
2) It is difficult to look at graphical inconsistencies at a 16" Full HD screen and no way to put the demo in fullscreen mode.
3) What are the freaking controls. The only thing I have been figuring out what to do is rolling. For the rest nothing. At least put some control information in the first post or under F1.
4) A minimap in screen is absolutely unneccessary. It is very difficult to lose a sense of direction in a game with a fixed camera position.

I have one other bug to report; when jumping off the cliff, it's possible to get stuck if there's a solid object in the way and you lack the means to remove it (in this case some grass). Suggest you implement 'destination is clear' checking.
