Awesome work! XD

Very jaggedy, though. Graphic-wsie, it needs a lot of AA'ing.

not bad, you found a nice sprite to edit, but what you have doesnt look like a finished product to me. I spent a few minutes touching up the design and making it nicer to look at:

so yeah, keep at it, just polish your sprites a little more in the future ;)

I think this is not the best sprite to use for an edit, but you did a good job anyway... I agree with Taka and cb, though.

I tried to keep it on the same style... which would mean low color use, no shading, practically nothing... I could of done this if I wanted:

1. Light source
2. AA
3. Shadow(Won't match light source I know.)
4. Thick outline much like Mario and Luigi style
Not an easy sprite to work with.

He-hey, now it looks great!
Though the feets could use some more work. Not a big fan of them

All of the sprites in this thread are great. Your original was quite jaggidy, yes, but I sort of liked the dark outline.. made it look even more cartoony.. more Foster like.

But .Takam's edits are great, much more smooth and defined!

The one you just posted is a bit different.. but awsome nonetheless, I don't have many complaints.... or any off the top of my head. . .

That's because they're baggy like Mac's pants in the show, they aren't wrong. :P

dont worry about following the original sprites style, just do it how you want to.
the advice you need the most is to use less colours with more contrast, dont use so many similar colours, it never looks good.

I know EXACTLY what you mean. I hate it when people do what I just did. I didn't want the green to look too dark... I was thinking about changing the original color to lighter but I don't know why I didn't.
